4th Jan 2019，China Independent Tower Alliance held CITA seminar and 2018 annual meeting in Beijing. Astro Tower joined the meeting as a director 

Mr. Zheng jiatu the secretary of the alliance summarized the achievements  and industrial status of domestic and international tower market. Professor Zeng jianqiu of Beijing Postal & Telecommunication university presented <<Innovation and ICT development >>，elaborated the trend of ICT development and explained the concept of 5G and its applications. Ms. Zhen Lingling  Director of Engineering and technology from Beijing Miteno infra investment LTD. Introduced <<Smart power ring monitoring platform>>. During the meeting executive vice chief Miao Wei of China Telecommunication enterprise association gave few suggestions toward the telecom infrastructure sharing industry:
